Position: Sales Counselor
Overview and Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Candidates must possess at least one year of experience in sales, with relevant backgrounds including outside sales, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, sales consulting, or customer service. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly advantageous, particularly fluency in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic. Common Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual client consultations to assess needs, answer questions, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Generate and nurture new business leads through networking, cold outreach, and customer referrals.
- Guide prospective buyers through the entire sales cycle, from initial presentation to contract execution.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations, product demonstrations, or facility tours.
- Prepare accurate sales agreements, finance documentation, and related administrative records.
- Track leads, manage communication histories, and update client profiles within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
