Job Title: Manager IV, Strategic Sourcing
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager IV, Strategic Sourcing to lead advanced procurement initiatives and drive organizational value. The ideal candidate will demonstrate core competencies in end-to-end strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier lifecycle management, and hands-on proficiency with modern e-sourcing platforms. A working knowledge of Mandarin, Thai, Malay, or Filipino is considered an advantage, though it is not a mandatory requirement. Key Responsibilities and Roles:
- Develop, lead, and execute enterprise-wide strategic sourcing and category management plans to optimize total cost of ownership and reduce supply chain risk.
- Oversee high-stakes contract negotiations, vendor selection processes, and the execution of master service agreements.
- Leverage modern e-sourcing platforms and procurement technologies to execute requests for proposals (RFPs), auctions, and spend analytics.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with critical global suppliers while monitoring vendor performance, compliance, and scorecards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership, including finance, legal, and operations, to align procurement strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market intelligence, cost modeling, and benchmarking to identify industry trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Mentor, guide, and manage a team of sourcing specialists and category leads to achieve departmental targets.
