### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Machine Operation & Production:**
* Safely set up and operate refining mills, rollers, and associated rubber-processing machinery.
* Prepare, inspect, and feed raw rubber compounds into processing units.
* Mill rubber compounds into sheets according to specified thickness, consistency, and formulation standards.
* **Process Monitoring & Adjustments:**
* Continuously oversee production parameters, including roller speeds, temperatures, and processing pressures.
