* **Experience:** Minimum of three (3) years of relevant housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting.
* **Education:** Graduate of a 2-year vocational or 4-year degree program.
* **Language Skills:** Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).
* **Work Schedule:** Fully available and willing to work graveyard/overnight shifts with minimal supervision.
* **Physical Capability:** Able to handle the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting housekeeping equipment and supplies.

* **Room & Facility Upkeep:** Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public amenities to meet hotel quality standards.
* **Linen & Supply Management:** Change bed linens, replenish towels and toiletries, and ensure housekeeping carts and supply closets remain fully stocked.
* **Overnight Service & Response:** Promptly address late-night guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* **Inspection & Maintenance:** Monitor facilities for damages, maintenance needs, or safety hazards, escalating issues immediately to supervisors.
* **Safety & Compliance:** Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards, chemical handling guidelines, sanitation procedures, and lost-and-found protocols.
