### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Welding Operations:** Perform high-quality MIG/MAG, TIG, Stick/MMAW, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on structural steel, pipe systems, plant equipment, and machinery.
* **Fabrication & Preparation:** Cut, fit, align, grind, and prepare metal components prior to welding in accordance with approved engineering specifications.
* **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret complex technical drawings, fabrication plans, welding symbols, dimensions, and project specifications.

#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* **Age:** Maximum 45 years old.
* **Experience:** Minimum of **three (3) years of verified overseas work experience** as a Welder or in a closely related structural welding/fabrication role.
* **Residency:** Must currently reside in the Philippines throughout the application process.
* **Language Proficiency:** Strong English communication skills; must be willing to take the IELTS test and achieve a **minimum Overall Band Score of 4.0**.
* **Technical Skills:**
