* **Machine Setup & Operation:**
* Configure, calibrate, and operate thread rolling machines to produce fasteners according to technical blueprints and material specifications.
* Install and align rolling dies, guides, and tooling components to achieve precise thread profiles, pitches, and diameters.
* **Quality Assurance & Precision Measurement:**
* Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and process sheets.
