Position: Housekeeper / Cleaner
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough Housekeeper / Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational order in accordance with workplace instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and organize designated areas, including living spaces, offices, restrooms, and public zones.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors and carpets using appropriate equipment.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces systematically.
- Replenish supplies, consumables, and sanitary items across facilities.
- Adhere strictly to workplace instructions, hygiene protocols, and health and safety guidelines.
- Safely handle, mix, and store chemical cleaning agents following safety data sheets.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in compliance with site procedures.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Identify and promptly report maintenance hazards, repairs, or facility damages.
- Maintain and properly store all cleaning equipment and tools after use.
Requirements and Personal Attributes:
- High level of personal responsibility, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal workplace instructions with precision.
- Capability to work independently and maintain physical stamina throughout shifts.
- Multilingual proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Nepali, Filipino, or Chinese is considered a distinct advantage.
