### **Position Summary**
The **Semi-Finished Fish Product Preparer** will work on an active production line within a modern fish processing and food manufacturing facility in Lithuania. This role involves manual filleting, automated deboning, product preparation, quality inspection, packaging, and upholding rigorous food safety and hygiene protocols.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Processing & Preparation:**
* Clean, gut, cut, and fillet raw fish to required specifications.
* Remove bones using both manual tools and specialized deboning machinery.
* Handle and prepare semi-finished fish products aligned with daily production targets.

* **Equipment Operation & Material Handling:**
* Safely operate and clean fish-processing machinery and equipment.
* Manually lift, transport, and organize raw materials, packaging containers, and finished products.
* Properly sort, handle, and dispose of fish-processing waste in compliance with environmental and plant standards.

* **Quality Assurance & Packaging:**
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet visual, cut, and quality standards.
* Pack semi-finished and finished goods into primary packaging containers according to company guidelines.

* **Sanitation, Health & Safety:**
* Maintain strict food hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices at individual workstations.
* Wear mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
* Immediately report machinery malfunctions, structural hazards, or quality deviations to production supervisors.

### **Candidate Qualifications**

* **Education:** Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent secondary education.
* **Experience:** At least two (2) years of verifiable work experience in a commercial fish processing plant or industrial food manufacturing environment.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Proven skill in manual fish cutting, filleting, and deboning.
* Competence in operating food processing and deboning machinery.
* **Language & Communication:** Functional English communication skills (written and spoken).
* **Physical Capabilities:**
* Exceptional physical stamina; capable of standing for long shifts in cold/wet plant environments.
* Ability to perform repetitive manual work and lift heavy containers safely.
* **Work Ethic:** Strong attention to detail, reliability, disciplined adherence to hygiene/HACCP guidelines, and positive team collaboration.
