Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and tidy assigned guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and restock room amenities, toiletries, and towels.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and special requirements.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, room damages, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items to supervisors.
- Operate cleaning equipment and manage chemical supplies safely in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Organize, stock, and maintain housekeeping carts, linen closets, and supply rooms.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient room turnover and accurate room status updates.
