The successful candidates will provide excellent dining service, take accurate food and beverage orders, assist customers, and maintain high restaurant service standards.WAITRESSQualifications:22–32 years old only.High school diploma or equivalent.Vocational training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service is an advantage.At least 2 years of experience as a Waitress in a casual dining or fine dining restaurant.Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.Good understanding of customer service standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to take accurate food and beverage orders.Ability to serve customers efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional personality.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Good attention to detail and ability to follow restaurant procedures.Physically fit and capable of performing restaurant service duties.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.Assist guests with seating and provide menus when required.Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and service team.Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and available food and beverage options.Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to restaurant standards.Monitor customer needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests.Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.Clear and reset tables while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.Assist with preparing tables before service and replenishing necessary dining supplies.Coordinate with kitchen staff and other restaurant team members to ensure smooth service.Handle customer concerns and refer complex issues to supervisors when necessary.Follow established food safety, hygiene, and customer service procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service to all guests.Perform other restaurant service duties assigned by management.Requirements:Resume with 2×2 picturesPassportNBIEmployment CertificatesSchool RecordsVisit our office for Initial Screening at: GlobalSuccess Overseas Employment Services Unit M7, Mezzanine Floor, Victoria de Manila 1, Taft Avenue, Malate, ManilaFor manpower pooling only.
