The successful candidate will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage electro-mechanical systems, monitor maintenance performance, and ensure vehicles, heavy-duty equipment, and machinery remain safe, reliable, and operational.PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ENGINEERQualifications:Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance management experience as a Preventive Maintenance Engineer, Workshop Engineer, or similar leadership role.Saudi Aramco experience is preferred.Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems.Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and/or ERP software.Strong technical ability in maintenance planning, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.Experience analyzing maintenance metrics including MTBF and MTTR.Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.Extensive experience maintaining vehicles, heavy-duty equipment, machinery, and related systems.Knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and international workplace safety standards.Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety audits.Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Ability to manage maintenance teams and multiple maintenance priorities.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for vehicles, heavy-duty equipment, machinery, and related systems.Lead maintenance teams and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance activities.Monitor equipment condition and identify potential failures before they cause operational disruptions.Plan preventive maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations, operating conditions, and equipment requirements.Diagnose and coordinate corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical equipment.Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS or ERP systems.Analyze maintenance performance indicators such as Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts, labor requirements, and equipment availability.Ensure proper inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and heavy-duty equipment.Coordinate with workshop personnel, technicians, operators, suppliers, and other departments.Ensure maintenance activities comply with company procedures, Saudi regulations, and applicable international safety standards.Implement and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures where required.Conduct or support routine safety inspections and maintenance audits.Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.Ensure maintenance teams use appropriate tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment.Prepare maintenance reports, performance analyses, schedules, and recommendations for management.Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Perform other engineering and maintenance management duties as assigned.Requirements:Detailed RESUMECertificate of EmploymentCandidate must have ready passport☑ NO TRADETEST FEES, ☑ NO MEDICAL FEES, ☑ NO PLACEMENT FEE, ☑ NO PROCESSING FEE, ☑ NO SALARY DEDUCTION, 💯% NO FEES TO BE COLLECTEDPlease report to our office for preliminary interview. 💼Please bring 2 copies of your CV/ Resumes and supporting documents (COE, trainings, seminars), bring original for verification. ⏰Business Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM International Skill Development, Inc.
