Career Opportunity in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR Employer/Company: Khareg Al Turukat Almiah / Off Road International LCC Job Location: Saudi ArabiaWORKSHOP SUPERVISOR Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of automotive workshop experience.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, Senior Technician, or Team Leader.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 4×4 vehicles.Strong mechanical troubleshooting and automotive diagnostic skills.Proven ability to supervise and manage automotive technicians and workshop personnel.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of vehicle preventive maintenance, repair procedures, and workshop operations.Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology qualification is preferred.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple repair and maintenance requirements.Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of the automotive workshop and ensure efficient workflow.Lead, assign, and monitor the work of mechanics, technicians, and workshop personnel.Diagnose and oversee repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other automotive systems.Handle 4×4 vehicles, including inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Inspect vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper workmanship and roadworthiness.Review repair requirements and determine appropriate repair procedures.Monitor technician productivity, work quality, and adherence to workshop schedules.Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.Coordinate the procurement and availability of spare parts, tools, and workshop materials.Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, maintenance activities, parts used, and job orders.Identify recurring mechanical problems and recommend appropriate solutions.Ensure compliance with workshop safety procedures and applicable automotive standards.Train, guide, and mentor technicians and workshop personnel when necessary.Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.Perform other workshop management and automotive duties as assigned.Requirements:Update and detailed ResumeEmployment CertificateTraining CertificatePassport CopyVisit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: 🏛️Pisces International Placement CorporationFor Manila Main Office Contact Person: Engr.
