Position: Companion Caregiver
Schedule: Part-Time (5 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Position Overview:
A compassionate and dedicated Companion Caregiver is sought to provide attentive support and daily assistance for an 80-year-old individual. The ideal candidate will offer meaningful social engagement, assist with routine household upkeep, and possess a strong familiarity and alignment with Filipino culture and traditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing consistent social companionship, active listening, and engaging conversation.
- Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and general home organization.
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks aligned with dietary and cultural preferences.
- Providing timely medication reminders and monitoring overall daily wellness.
- Assisting with errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying the client to appointments.
- Encouraging light physical activities, such as daily walks, while ensuring personal safety.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
