Position: Branch Customer Service Representative (Filipino Loan / Indonesian Loan)
Overview:
An established financial services branch is seeking professional Branch Customer Service Representatives to manage loan services for either the Filipino or Indonesian client segment. Candidates must be Hong Kong Permanent Residents, possess strong language capabilities in either Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia corresponding to the assigned loan portfolio, and be available to work on Sundays. Key Candidate Requirements:
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident status.
- Proficiency in Tagalog (for the Filipino Loan portfolio) or Bahasa Indonesia (for the Indonesian Loan portfolio), with conversational English or Cantonese.
- Availability to work regular shifts on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in clients and handle daily front-counter branch inquiries regarding personal loan packages.
- Assist customers through the end-to-end loan application process, including form completion, document collection, and identity verification.
- Assess customer eligibility, verify employment and contract details, and perform initial loan processing in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Clearly explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and contractual obligations in the client's native language.
- Process loan disbursements, collect repayments, issue receipts, and balance the daily cash drawer.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update loan statuses within the branch management system.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
