Position: Psychiatrist

This role operates within clinics located in communities with high-density Filipino, Asian, and culturally diverse populations, serving individuals and families residing at income levels 200% to 400% below the Federal Poverty Line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
- Developing, implementing, and managing individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications while assessing efficacy and managing potential side effects.
- Delivering crisis intervention, urgent psychiatric care, and therapeutic consultations.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, case managers, and social service providers to ensure holistic care.
- Documenting clinical evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations.
