A medical facility in Dubai is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to deliver primary healthcare services to a diverse demographic, which includes a significant Filipino patient population. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to ensure high-quality, culturally sensitive patient care.
Key Responsibilities and Common Job Roles:
- Conducting comprehensive patient consultations, physical examinations, and routine health evaluations.
- Diagnosing and treating acute medical conditions, injuries, and managing chronic diseases.
- Ordering, analyzing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and imaging procedures.
- Prescribing appropriate medications and treatment plans in compliance with Dubai Health Authority guidelines.
- Referring patients to medical specialists or secondary healthcare facilities as necessary.
- Delivering culturally competent care tailored to the specific needs of the patient base, particularly Filipino community members.
- Promoting preventive care strategies, health education, and disease management to patients.
