Position: Social Studies Teacher and Head of Lower Secondary
Candidate Eligibility:

Remuneration:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons for lower secondary students in alignment with curriculum standards.
- Oversee the daily academic, administrative, and pastoral operations of the Lower Secondary department.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department faculty to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop, review, and continuously improve the Social Studies curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Monitor student academic performance and behavioral development, implementing support measures as needed.
- Manage departmental resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact between department staff, school administration, and parents regarding student progress and departmental matters.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and academically challenging environment for lower secondary students.
