A well-established retail business in Kuwait is currently seeking a qualified Sweets Maker to join its team. The role involves crafting high-quality confectionery and dessert products for retail shop distribution.
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female candidates only
- Nationality: Filipino preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a professional sweets or pastry making role
Key Responsibilities of a Sweets Maker:
- Preparing, baking, and assembling a diverse range of traditional and modern sweets, pastries, and desserts.
- Measuring and combining ingredients accurately based on standardized recipes to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Decorating and styling sweet items to ensure an appealing display for customers.
- Maintaining clean and sanitary work areas in full compliance with health and food safety regulations.
- Monitoring inventory levels of raw ingredients and placing orders for supplies as required.
- Operating, cleaning, and maintaining commercial baking equipment safely.
