We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Programmer, Setter, and Operator to join our production team. Key Responsibilities:
- Writing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs using G-code or CAD/CAM software.
- Setting up lathe machinery by selecting, installing, and adjusting tools, fixtures, and attachments according to technical engineering drawings.
- Operating CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision components efficiently and safely.
- Performing first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality compliance.
- Troubleshooting programming errors, diagnosing mechanical issues, and replacing worn tooling during production.
- Conducting routine machine maintenance and adhering to strict workshop health and safety standards.
