Common Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial greeting to final delivery.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations to highlight Lexus vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Accompany customers on test drives while ensuring safety and compliance with traffic laws.
- Negotiate sales transactions and financing terms in a professional and transparent manner.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Lexus product lineup, dealership inventory, and current promotions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Bilingual fluency in Filipino, Tagalog, or Chinese is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
