To support its ongoing growth and technological integration, the company requires an experienced IT Manager to lead technology initiatives and ensure seamless operations, especially during critical system events and brand go-live launches.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Manager

- Lead and manage the planning, deployment, and maintenance of the hotel's IT infrastructure, networks, and property management systems.
- Oversee critical system events, software updates, and new property go-lives to ensure minimal disruption to guest services and business operations.
- Ensure robust data security, compliance with global privacy standards, and effective disaster recovery protocols.
- Manage IT budgets, procure hardware and software, and maintain relationships with external technology vendors and service providers.
- Provide technical leadership, support, and training to staff members across different departments to optimize daily technology usage.
- Analyze business requirements and implement scalable technology solutions aligned with the brand's global expansion strategy.
