Import Fulfillment Specialist Qualifications

The Import Fulfillment Specialist position requires a highly motivated individual capable of operating effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight.

Key Requirements:
- Mandatory professional proficiency in English; bilingual capability in Mandarin is considered a strong asset.
- Fluency in Thai (highly preferred), Filipino, or Vietnamese is required.
- Demonstrated basic problem-solving capabilities and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Valid legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements.

Common Responsibilities of an Import Fulfillment Specialist:
- Coordinating the end-to-end import logistics process and tracking global shipments from departure to final delivery.
- Managing and verifying critical shipping documentation, customs invoices, and regulatory compliance papers.
- Communicating with international vendors, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitoring inventory levels and processing incoming orders to meet customer fulfillment timelines.
- Troubleshooting supply chain disruptions, transit delays, and cargo discrepancies.
